  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped (90ml)
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes, toasted (21g)

Coconut Glaze

  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted (360g)
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk (45ml)
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil, melted (22ml)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes, toasted (42g)
