CREAMY ARTICHOKE CHICKEN (DAIRY FREE, PALEO)

Occasionally there may be a pain to make chicken breasts skin, without skin. They can be dry and cooked unevenly. Many times, I chose different pieces of chicken or cheese, more spicy chicken to help with it. With this recipe, you just left them and became stunned!

To make this recipe as Paleo or Hol 30, you should get rid of just 1/4 cup of Parmigiano Ragijione Paneer. I made this recipe in two ways, delicious with or without cheese! You can decide how you want to do it.

One thing about this creamy artichoke chicken is that you'll just toss all the ingredients together, then place them on the chicken. Although I went to the extra step and dropped to give the crisp appearance of the chicken in an egg and tapioca flour, you can definitely leave this stage when it is short in time!

CREAMY ARTICHOKE CHICKEN (DAIRY FREE, PALEO)

Ingredients

For the sauce:

  • 2 cups chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4  cup homemade garlic mayo (or your favorite mayo)
  • 1 lemon, zest, and juice
  • 1/2  cup Parmigiano Reggiano optional (remove for Whole30/Paleo)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

For the chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1  tsp  garlic powder
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4  cup avocado oil
