CHICKEN AND LEEK CASSEROLE

Tonight, there is a story of fluff that needs no explanation. As you can see - meet a feast, help yourself at dinner. This chicken tart and fat leek is what I really love about the simplicity of the material.
There is nothing strange or strange on the menu that must follow Garmin's path. Just a few simple suspects who can easily find their way into your shopping cart - a bottle of chicken thighs, leeks, mushrooms, white creams, and parsley.

Its feet with boiled green beans and cauliflower tender trunk for one even for our other banting dinners or wild rice, grilled and sweet potatoes. And ... ... we did!

Ingredients
- olive oil, for cooking
- 8 chicken thighs, (with or without skin)
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 3 medium-sized leeks, thoroughly washed and chopped into rounds
- 250g button mushrooms, diced
- several stems fresh thyme, de-stalked
- zest of half a lemon
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup (250ml) chicken stock
- 200ml cream
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- flat leaf parsley
