HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE

This sweet, sweet mix, mixed with a spongy sponge cake and a thick butter cake, is rich with the addition of ghee and whole milk.


Instead of being blown away, I was relieved to find that my cake mix was ideally combined with some quick strokes.

1 1/3 cups cake flour

1 1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp table salt

1/2 cup whole milk

4 tbs unsalted butter

3 eggs, room temperature

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
