SWEET CHILI SALMON RICE BOWLS RECIPES

These sweet chilies with salmon are painted even less than 30 minutes if you make your rice early, making it perfect for evenings or Friday nights.

I keep on saying that fast recipes are useful for evenings, but on Friday evening, I feel tired and just want to be sweat after a long weekend, then on Saturdays, rest in the fresh air, then on Sunday we live in the church and come to life. Day means these quick recipes that are appetizing.

So this is my job. I love buying fresh salmon. The wild part of the Internet comes from the Internet and tells me what I want to do to derive all the health benefits and what not. I understand that.

SWEET CHILI SALMON RICE BOWLS RECIPES

The new part comes from what I learned during my master's degree in public health, which convinced me that horrible, horrible, bad, very bad things grow on meats, fish, and vegetables sitting in boxes.

So, I always ask them to bring me the salmon from my back, which did not sit idle.

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound salmon filet, cut into chunk
  • 1/2 shredded carrot
  • 1/2 shelled edamame
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of green onions, sliced into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 chili paste sauce, plus extra for topping if desired
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro (we love lots of cilantro)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1-2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 limes, sliced
