LOW CARB SUGAR FREE RASPBERRY THUMBPRINT COOKIES

I baked one batch with no filling in the slightest degree. For the purists among you, this can be an excellent pared-down version that winds up deliciously crisp. simply wait and wait till they need cooled down.
