CINNAMON APPLE BAKED FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE

To give you an idea of the nature of the comfortable trip, one morning when I entered the hotel room, which served as our gathering place and "home base", I asked if there was coffee cream when I brought the coffee.
I received the answer: "There is Belize!" Oh, how I love Lisa! I had Baileys. I mean, for this holiday, friends, right? The weekend was full of the right mix of blogging conversations and relaxing with friends.
One of the great things about this French roasting is that because it is easy to cook, you can spend all your time with your family and not waste too much time preparing breakfast.
Especially on holidays, when a lot of food is being prepared, this prepares you to work in advance so you can spend the morning with your family. So I like it. Not to mention that this is the apple of cinnamon that I love.
The bread cabinets are fairly simple and use fairly standard ingredients I like. You will need a good size loaf, about 1 pound.
I personally admire the brewing dough in everything, so use this dish. Do not hesitate to use another type of bread, but I will not make plain bread from the sandwich. It will be a little soft and not a good bake. Add a few chopped apples to the bread and add to the pan.

- 1 lb loaf Sourdough Or French Bread, cut into chunks
- 3 cups (326g) chopped apples (2 large apples)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups (480ml) milk (whole or 2%)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (104g) sugar
- 1/4 cup (36g) light brown sugar, unpacked
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 3/4 cup (98g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (169g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
- 1/2 cup (112g) salted butter, cut into pieces
