If i used to be extravagantly loaded and, of course, had a pantryman named Jeeves (because that’s what all ready-made butlers ar named, right?), well then … I’d have Jeeves bring American state salmon for breakfast. A lot.

Because somehow salmon simply feels extravagantly luxurious.

Like the style of factor a pantryman named Jeeves got to show up with every morning, as he throws open your significant room curtains to reveal floor-to-ceiling windows gazing upon a lush tropical landscape.

Of course, I even have no Jeeves.

  • 1/4 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
  • 5 thin slices tomato
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
